Northants Pilates started in 1997 by Karen Grinter with the aim of bringing the best of Pilates to Northamptonshire. 23 years on Northants Pilates has an unrivalled reputation for excellent teachers and sound results throughout the county and Karen has brought together a wonderful and dedicated team of teachers who are all passionate about Pilates that now include son Daniel.
